Well, yesterday I read a post here wherein someone claimed that it is possible to setup 2FA without owning a smartphone by setting up Google Authenticator presumably from your PC. I think yοu should look into setting up Google Authenticator on your PC. Sry, I have no idea how to do that as I use the authenticator on my iphone. Presumably though, you will get the 6 digit code from the Google Authenticator on your PC after you successfully set that up.

When you receive the email, just open the authenticator app (I use DUO MOBILE) and scan the QR code. The 6 digit code you need to input is the one given to you by the auth app AFTER you successfully scan the QR code.

I have been playing WoW since Dec 2005 on official servers until around 2012 when I quit. Since then, I have been playing on various private WoW servers, 4 or 5. No private server I played on ever used 2FA, and yet I was never, ever hacked. All I did was use a strong unique username and password, different each time for each server. It is quite clear to me from your post that you fail on many levels and/or you are retarded, and that is why you got hacked. 99% of the playerbase including myself isn't hacked, and I didn't even use 2FA until recently.

Check the "about me" section of my profile for a vid on how to enable 2FA. AFAIK, it is not possible to enable or use 2FA without a smartphone, as you require a smartphone to take various steps in the procedure.
