You need the original e-mail you used to enable the authenticator in the 1st place. First you need to deactivate authenticator on 1st PC, then go to your new PC, and setup authenticator again by using your original authenticator email.

I've read somewhere that some ISP's are withholding emails sent from Elysium. Other people solved this by getting in touch with their ISP's and requesting them not to block e-mails from Elysium.

I guess you could try re-installing the game, i.e. delete existing client and play from a new copy of the client from your original source. Don't quote me on this.

AFAIK Elysium do not restore deleted characters irrespective of the circumstances they were lost. Read ToS. You could I guess make a ticket in game and petition a GM.

Though not opposed to the existence of an option for name changing if the changee is willing to donate to the project for the purpose of keeping up the servers up in order to get their name changed.
