It took me 12 login attempts to finally get a working code. Every 3 attempts, it forces me to restart the client as it says to "call customer service". I've been having issues with it for the past week. How can I get the authenticator to work properly? I've tried syncing the time, removing then adding back the authenticator, IP lock authenticator, always use authenticator, none work. I have a dynamic IP if that helps.

Sorry for the bump, but I'm just curious whether it's worth getting the Crystalline Threaded Cape with +20 SP for a frost mage, when a lvl 55+ frozen wrath cloak can do nearly the same thing (with +20-21 Frozen spells).

What is the difference between items such as Cloak of Frozen Wrath + 20 Frost Spell Damage Random Cloak Equip : Increases damage done by Frost Spell and effects by up to 20. I am aware that the latter depends on the cast time of the spell to scale the SP, is it any different from the former?

I have yahoo, pressed send email ~20 times, and had a flood of verification e-mails come last night, about 12-18 hours after I sent them. More than half of them came out to be invalid, and finally got a working one after clicking through a multitude of links. Thanks for the info, if they ever allow e-mail change in the future, I can transfer my alt account out of the gmail account I made 3 days ago.

About the deleted level 1 thing, I had an account simply for bank storage, and all my characters but one seem to be intact. Had one I never logged into, and it's gone. Maybe characters that were never logged into got removed? I'm not sure about a level 60 being gone, but that's the closest theory I could get as to why the level 1s are gone.
