i did all the steps to transfer my characters to my new created account, as the texts say, clear account without chracters etc. I did correctly, i recived the eamil verification and the correct transef too. Suposed to be al fine but i cant join again in the control parent, seems like the acount is bad created or somthing. Can i talk with a gm ro something to get my account information to my email. Is it posible? The forgoten pasword buton, dont does nothing :S I need some help plz
