[Raid Three] is currently recruiting players for a 2nd raid we're forming. Our player base is growing DAILY. With our Paladin class leader ESFAND streaming almost daily, we're recruiting both new and old players committed to clearly MC/BWL. ALL CLASSES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY. We have NOT set a Day/Raid Time for the 2nd raid. Our main raid is currently 10/10 MC / 1/1 ONY. We are a CASUAL raiding guild and we're very laid back. If you are offended do not bother joining us. Current raid days are WED/THURS 10pm Eastern Standard Time / 4am Server Time. LOOT SYSTEM: We have fun and clear stuff. We get gear and are a LOOT COUNCIL. Each class has its OWN leader who distributes loot appropriately. We will have our 2nd raid do the same thing. To be considered for the 2nd raid loot council.. you MUST be SELFLESS. You CANNOT take the best shit if you're a loot council member! Spread the love/gear out correctly! Do what is best for the raid (not always what is best for you) Requirements: Discord is a must for raiding and corresponding mods. A sense of humor is needed and we strongly advise having a thick skin because we say some off the wall Sh!T. (Well.. Deputy does anyways..) Pre-BiS / Near BiS Full Consumes Be on time. This means don't show up for Diremaul north buffs minutes before a raid is about to start. Log on early, get your buffs with guild or by yourself.. and be ready! Check our Esfand's stream of our Molten Core / Onyxia raids if you wish to see how our raid communicates / plays. AGAIN, we want to stress that this is a CASUAL RAIDING guild that has 0 intention of completing 40 mins MC runs (those are bullsh!t by the way, but whatever) and will not take hardcore elitists. We hope to see you all in game / on the stream with us!

Start with the basics. Slow horde down by ruining their day with frost traps at IWB where they bottle neck, and also have mages at DB backdoor to AOE Imp blizz to make sure they cant backdoor and win. If that doesn't help you win ... report the AFK alliance by: Physical Harassment -> Notate their class, and name -> their current location -> why you think they're afk / not participating GM's are being VERY responsive to these reports and making sure to follow through ASAP.

Horde do this almost EVERY game. I now make sure we have mages sitting and waiting for them and we will wipe your raid EVERYTIME you try to backdoor. Hope you enjoyed the BS while it lasted.

You know.. you can stop horde or drastically ruin their push by having 1-2 mages and 1 hunter at IWB. Merely place a FROST trap with IM traps spec (entangling roots) between the bunker and the mountain where horde already zerg, have mages AOE IMP BLizzard, rinse and repeat. Horde will either completely wipe, or will have so few actually make it out alive that ALLIANCE will (hopefully) push for the win.

I Have taken it upon myself to play AV.. however I pay special attention to anyone not on the front lines pushing to win. I began reporting Physical Harassment w/ the info of what the characters name/class was and where they were located. I reported about 6-8 people and had 5-6 removed from games. If You're NOT sure don't report them. That being said, If I see someone messing round and doing nothing but running between IWB / SH GY I'll go check em out myself and then report them. This especially holds true if they don't have any stats backing up their lack of offensive play. Do the ALLIANCE a favor... DON'T AFK / ANTI AFK play. Get in, contribute and WIN games or at least try. If you don't and I have ANYTHING to do with the game.. I WILL Report you for NOT playing. I'm very fair about it. All I ask is that you TRY. We won 3 straight in a row tonight ever since I started reporting AFK'ers. This includes a 5 hour+ game that I BEGAN reporting people ... and then 2 quick follow up games.

Why is that? I would like some info as to why you say this :) To my knowledge, 2h Fury on alliance can beat the brakes off a D/W fury if you get a nice 2h'er.

Can't post a video on here cuz I dunno how. Whenever I try to move the video spins and goes crazy allll over the place. Disabled My mods. Same problem. I logged onto my other vanilla server (The rebirth ) and don't have any issues. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

Silly question - this is patch 1.12.1 right? You is there anything special I need Downloaded beyond that ?
