It will be different, cus people will naturally be spread out more. A good chunk of the people playing on the old server will be 30-60 and thus spread out around the entire world. This will reduce lag compared to the fresh launch, where everyone will be forced to play in the same zones for a considerable amount of time. Unless you manage to get ahead of "the wave" you will be in for a rough time.

The thing about trademarks is that you can loose them if you cannot show a court that you are actively fighting for them. This is primarily why blizzard are sending out CnD letters. Nost chose to shut down and they chose to go the martyr route, in the hopes of getting blizzard to up their (legacy)game. While I am sure that the PVE people are a nice crowd, I would recommend not robbing yourself of the PVP realm experience, there is something to be said about fearing death lurking around every corner ^^ With that said, come join us on the old Nost server, the myth that you will "get left behind" - is just that, a myth.

Hello 1. I don't know much about specific PVP bugs, but the same "balance issues" as retail vanilla had are present on the Nost core cus that is just how the game was / is in vanilla 2. Short answer is that it will properly be easier to level (once you have passed the initial hype level crowd) and to rank on the old Nost pvp server. You shouldd also bare in mind that to reach R14 on a server this populated is going to be even more grindy than back in retail vanilla. 3. No, everyone is still running MC and BWL and they will continue to do so a good time after AQ is released, which wont happen for a while.
