PLEASE increase the spawn-rate of quest-objects in the world!

I've been stuck on this quest for like 1h 30m because people always manage to collect the stuff before me. It seems like the cage shows up for other players, before it shows up for me.. It's annoying. Please fix this, I'm eager to continue my journey!
