The first time, it didn't works and now, it says that i already used my token but i can't see my character in the control panel ...

I have the token but it didn't work the first time and i don't know why. I've used the same email adress for Nost and Elysium so i don't understand why it didn't works. Can a GM help me ?

Hey guys, i've just created an Elysium account and i'm really excited to played Vanilla again. But i can't transfer my Nostalrius warlock on Elysium and i don't know why. I tried 3 times to do it and i've this message after entering the token on Elysium : "To transfer your Nostalrius characters, you need to retrieve the Nostalrius token available on Nostalrius website and enter it below. Note: you must not have any characters on your account. Your Nostalrius Token was already consumed." Someone can help me ? :/ Thank you
