    Unable to recieve Nostalrius Token

    After trying what you said i got the same response "The information you provided didn't match any account in our database. You must provide a valid username / password, or a valid username / email."
  2. I have become so frustrated as there hasnt been a solution. I have asked many people in discord, and searched the forums for answers. I would love to play my old character, however every time I enter my information into the Token website, I am told " The information you provided didn't match any account in our database. You must provide a valid username / password, or a valid username / email." I have went back into my email to look for my account verification email for nos, and it is there. I have went to my WTF folder and into my account to look at my account name and character. This was to only verify that information I was using was correct. I am still receiving this message. I created my account on April 5, 2016 if this helps at all.

    Nostalrius Account Transfer error

    I am glad i am not the only having the same issue. I am not glad that i am having this issue. I would like my account to be transfered.
