I've been scouring the net and I haven't been able to find anything on this. So, the spell "Shield Slam" reads: "Slam the target with your shield, causing 342 to 359 damage, modified by your shield block value, and has a 50% chance of dispelling 1 magic effect on the target. Also causes a high amount of threat." Does anyone know the equation for how it calculates damage? How much does the damage increase per point of Shield Block Value? Thank you.

Hello I was wondering what the best 1h + shield leveling spec that has the least downtime is but still able to heal and be useful in groups and dungeons. I know a fast dagger is best because of flametongue but wasn't sure what leveling spec to use.
