I'm probably doing something wrong, so please point me in the right direction. When I go to control panel on the website, then click the option to change my password, I receive the email but it just directs me back to the same page that says click this link to receive an email to change your password. How the heck do I actually change my password? Thanks for your patience in responding if it's something obvious I should have seen myself ;)

My son is having this problem as well. I know for a fact he hasn't done any cheating/gold buying (yes, I really do). He went on a trip for about 5 days, then when he came back to log in today, bam, banned. Absolutely no clue. Only thing we can think is he has been hacked and had his account used for spam. No contact with anyone that could have made him a target, so who knows. He's trying to get his account back as we speak, but I have a sad feeling it's going to take some time. Really sucks..we play together and I'll be missing him on here. Level 54 too.

Were you able to recover your account? My son came home from a 5 day trip to find his account canceled. That's about all we can think of that would have done it but we're clueless otherwise. He isn't even able to log into the forums.
