Elysium PvP is the biggest vanilla PvP server by far. However watching a world boss kill, would make you assume that we are on a PvE Server. I know that this thread only touches the top "1%" but we are the most active players. And wish nothing but the best for the server and its future. Also if I were new on the server and was told by friends that pvping for worldbosses was like it used to be in the start, it would make me want to play on the server more. Since I would thrive to one day be contesting world bosses myself and relive the old pvp events from Vanilla. Currently world bosses are controlled by two different alliance squads. That are lead by Sanctum and Progress. Both squads have x3-4 guilds that help each other scout and show up for world bosses. Regardless of the time, if a boss spawns people will be alerted and log on. The boss will be tagged within 1-30 seconds and killed within 10 minutes everytime. The one who tags the boss gets the kill. History off the server with the constant PvP and horde never being able to beat Alliance in killing a world boss is well known. Horde has 0 Kazzak kills, and 2 Azuregos kill since server launch. And one off the Azuregos kills they got, was because alliance killed it for them. The day after horde got their 2nd kill with help off alliance ToS was changed and horde has not showed up for world bosses ever since. So after months and months of fun pvp events regarding world bosses (Azuregos) mainly. The PvP side is gone, there has been no horde contesting for the past two months. World bosses has become a PvE tag fest where we have sometimes over 50 alliance spamming aoes, trying to get the boss when he spawns. Leading to a sub 10 min kill on both kazzak and azuregos everytime they spawn. The tag is a 50/50 on which squad gets the kill and no horde is ever around. I also spoke with the most hardcore guilds on Anathema (old Nost). And they had big PvP fights during BWL and ZG on Azuregos. With different factions winning world bosses. We only had one faction since the start on Elysium, and you punished the hordes by changing ToS instantly after they got their 2nd kill since server release. No wonder not a single horde cares now days and even if they did they have little to no chance without the help off a collab between alliance and horde. My questions towards the ToS Change: Why do you change rules that were not in actual vanilla, why is mafias allowed in all other parts of the game apart from World bosses..? What makes you want a PvP server to look like a PvE server, when you ban the top guilds from logging their horde lvl 60 alts to fight for bosses / ban horde for teaming with alliance once they finally get a kill after several months off trying? I believe the reason for ToS change was a mass report due to angry people who felt betrayed knowing they could not compete for world bosses. I do not believe or at least I hope to believe that their intent was to not make world bosses a tag party. Since the current situation is beyond boring. Getting world bosses is not about the loot, it is about the fight and tactical calls you need to make to ensure the kill. The situation currently is so demotivating, we are on a PvP server for PvP. Not to have tag wars for several months in a row with not a horde in sight. As it stands horde has 2 azu 0 kazzak, they are never on world bosses anymore after the ToS change. And alliance are not allowed to log their horde alts for pvp purpose either. Sanctum and Progress have a 50/50 tag race on every world boss spawn. Can you at least pretend like you care about the "vanilla exp". And allow collabs again as it was never against the rules in vanilla. If say Progress gets a horde collab so will Sanctum. And we will all be forced to actually PvP. Horde WONT show up in the games current state since they are outnumbered by aprox 100+ alliance. The only reason they would show up again is if alliance stops contesting or if they can work together with alliance. Please reconsider the ToS. I personally honestly do not like that horde and ally working together for a world boss is "fun". But it is necessary for the server, we want horde to come back and attend world bosses already............. It is so depressing to never see a horde on world bosses anymore.... on a 8k pop PVP server.. Edit: Here is pictures off current world bosses. x2 Alliance squads hoping to get tag by aoeing, some surely using scripts with autoclicker as well. In both teams. x2 squads And 3 minutes after spawn, is this really what we want for Elysium (PVP) realm.. Can people stop caring about gear and look @ the bigger picture for once please.

Having R13 gear upgraded in ZG or AQ + blue gear is VITAL for the pvp off the server. Don't make this server into a meme server by holding pvp upgrades until naxx. Vanilla is and always has been based on the community, it is time you start reading what people have to say. And not base your ingame decisions on active playing GMs that get salty over losing BGs while pugging or fears to PvP for world bosses. The premade change on anathema is laughable and down right pathetic, it is a shame that you did no revert it the day after release. And warning people with bans for logging their lvl 60 alts on opposite faction for world boss PvP, on ELYSIUM PVP server.. Is mind blowing.

I can barely see which "Attack,follow,stay / Aggresive, defensive, passive" is currently in use. (The yellow bar is near non existent) Does someone have a solution?

Cheers for the tip. I managed to fix it another way :) Using standard wow ui petbar with modui, took some time but it was worth to figure it out.

@Hurricane2 I assume you are not one off the players, who are contesting world bosses. Regardless I can not understand your PoV. Is standing still aoeing a spot trying to out tag vs same faction what you call earning the kill? Compared to what you saw in the videos actual effort? I have been in Praise since server release and we had 90%+ world boss kills. When it actually took "effort" to get a world boss kill. Now days you stand on the spawn with 10+ ally that is with you and 10+ ally that is against you, hoping for the tag. So you can keep the boss tagged while 50+ players from your squad logs on. My argument does make sense, since it was the only thing keeping horde in the zone. If you have no clue about the subject maybe you should ignore leaving pointless comments.

"Stuck on 299 wep skill after aprox 8k arrows fired." I believe I somehow managed to bug the 300 skill for both bow and 2h weapon. The reason I believe so is since fellow friends got their 299->300 skill in aprox 1-3k arrows. I have fired way above 8k already. And spent countless hours meleeing mobs with a fast 2h. I can't be that unlucky with both 2h and bow right? Reason I think it might be bugged is since I leveled wep skill on servants in Blasted Lands. And I heard you can't get skill point 300 from the same mob. Not sure if true or not, however I spent 4k+ arrows on servant. And 4k+ arrows on random mobs. My theory is that I already reached 300 and it did not register since same mob -> I can never achive 300 skill. (I also used int gear had ~240+ int while trying to skill up) for all those arrows / melee hits. So something is not right.

Alliance Elysium

Yo, so simply LF tips, how did the fresh 60s deal with the horde ganking squad in world pvp. They have completely swarmed both Searing G and Burning Stepps + killing gray alliance on sight. Not been in any other zone off my level yet. But I am out off quests. Am I supposed to sit in dungeons from 47-60 since autistic horde rankers can't win vs any premade on alliance side? Even doh the best alliance premades already stop ranking? (During honor weekend horde still gank in world pvp all the time). Any tips are welcome / history on how you did 47-60 fast with all the hordes roaming.

Hey! I am a vanilla veteran.. but I have never been around @ a server release.. I know that mobs will be near impossible to kill... So my weird question is.. has someone written a guide on how to explore lvl? I would be very interested if someone has! I can not see myself being able to kill mobs with 100-200 people @ the same spot. So I would not mind spending one hour running to gather XP from exploration if possible! (I will play Alliance, and I will start @ Dwarf + Gnome starting zone)!! All information surrounding exploration / leveling without killing mobs would be much appreciated! Maybe there is a map/addon that shows where I need to go to get explore XP? etc If there is a previous post like this on this forum I have missed it.. no clue where to look for guides like this.. I tried google and youtube but I had no luck finding anything. Just fyi for people thinking this topic is stupid, I know that leveling like this is possible. I just do not know where to go for the most efficient XP gain. Today I came across my first ninja on Elysium Nost. x4 members in the grp selected greed, this guy waited until everybody used greed. And when he saw everyone greeded he needs it. And claims he´ll use it for PvE arms. We ask him to equip it and he refuses. He barely speaks english (Classic idiotic russian). Typing )) after every sentence. After about 3 minutes have passed with the grp wondering wtf he is doing.. He starts to pull mobs and act like nothing happened.. Obviously we did not help him kill the mobs, he gets annoyed and leaves the party and says "lol report noob)))) lol report for need )))) lol ticket ))))" He HS and we get a new tank.. So back to my question, does GMs actually care one bit about these kinda behavior or is it brushed under the rug. Obviously this item is not very price.. but it is the principle I am curious about. I´d rather not personally play on a server if I know that pug raids easily can ninja stuff with no actions taken.. Hey, so on the other p servers I played on. I´ve always been able to have x2 WoW clients open for a AH toon. It is however not possible for me on nost pvp for some reason, someone has any idea off why that might be? :(

I read the rules a few weeks ago, it said nothing about having both characters in city. But you were allowed to have a 2nd client up for AH usage.

Just played 2hr AV, Korrak spawned we got the tag, we kited him back towards our GY. Killed him, he had no loot and nobody in the raid got the quest completed. Not even a horde could loot the mob. Would be really nice if some staff member could look into it, extremely annoying spending 2hrs to gamble for a tag.. when we finally got it we did not receive the quest completion.. Could someone confirm that they completed this quest after nost re launched on elysium?

I am so confused. So this is the info I gathered... (PVP) PvP= fastest attacks is the best, everybody wants Broken Tooth! ^ ZG raptor is 0.9 AS and Broken Tooth is 1.0, so why does everybody want BT? On top off this ^ Every pvp hunter video I´ve seen from nost the hunter is using a serpent... So does someone actually KNOW what pet I should go for? (PVE) Lupos= Shadow dmg, heard he buggs somehow with SP and Warlock..? Rumors of being the best pet in PvE. ZG raptor= Highest DPS for "me" according to threads... Some say Serpent from ZG is the best for raiding... FML Current situation: I am lvl 40.. Considering if I must tame Lupos / Broken Tooth... Or if it is just a waste off time.. Since it might take days off AFKing to get them... So if they are not the clear best choice I rather NOT try to get them. Thanks for reading, I hope somebody has the answers I seek!

Hey, the game has been working perfectly for me so far. Never had issues until yesterday. However every time I log into my hunter the game has a freeze that does not end. I seem to be able to log into fresh level once.. but not my hunter.. any suggestions? Wiping WTF would not be a good idea since I spent 5-15 hrs on the UI And I would not be able to set it up again.

I haz a 60, me want show character. IF bridge look happy. Me stand near IF bridge. Me stand there, many friends. We 200 men in IF bridge. Me has more party IF bridge? ^ This is basically your post in my PoV. There is so many lvl 60s sitting in IF AFK fapping over their gear.. Or inspecting other people, why should that playerbase have prio? Maybe you should prio the low levelled people as they actually play the game? And if you have a raid during the evening you obviously should log in a few hours prior to make sure you get in. But hey! Gotta love these QQ threads gives me something to smile about in the morning after getting chain ganked by 60s in Redrige ^.^ (I assume Horde has the same lvl 60 party in Org) so that already would prolly cut down the que by 200-400 people. Complain about that instead, or you are maybe one off them? Or better yet, deal with it? The server has been out for almost a week, you will be spending time in que.

Yo my question is simple! Since I just started to use a AH addon that scans the AH.. (takes about 30-40 minutes)... I am wondering if using a simple script / mouse clicker to keep me logged in during that time is allowed. As much as I love knowing AH prices on item I loot since I have no clue... spending almost 1hour staring @ a screen off nothing is reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally boring,

Hey! I have a few questions about pre nost release: *What should I name the server folder, so I can have a preset UI? (For example Kronos / Kronos II.. will this be Elysium Project? if so how is it capitalized? *Is the DL from Elysium website a must for the wow exp, or does another 1.12 client work? (Just asking to be extra sure). I intend to go very serious on nost release to practice for fresh server.. So getting in on server start is important for me. Assistance would be much appreciated! ^.^

I can not enable XP bar HALP! :,( Spent several hours copying various UI's.. customising them to my liking etc. After finally feeling complete, I logged onto a lvl 1 char to try it out for nost launch... and funny enough I had no XP bar Been trying to think about what addon that could be causing the problem... but I have no clue.. and I can not even enable it with "MoveAnything".. (I do NOT want to DL bongos.. xperl.. etc, I like the UI as is. I am NOT interested in DLing something that will re customize my UI) I simply want a XP bar =( Find the boogyman plox - pic off all my addons http://imgur.com/a/Kcgy5 (You can see me clicking XP bar on MoveAnything, it is invisible, I tried reset position + reclicking hide etc).
