Used it several times and you get the best from all trees (Elemental Focus on Ele, Parry, Flurry, Ele Weps from Enhancement and 3% Hit on Resto).
You can throw around some points, but Searing totem can not be underestimated (esp at low levels its around 17-20% of your dmg). In the end you can put those points also in Concussion.
Weapon Mastery is pretty good, but you can get other talents for that if you want.
Totemic mastery is also also an option.
