2 times today we were in last boss and we get dc and we are stuck 2 times in first door ,Can you do something about it! Server crashing so often and we wasting time for that ! Where can i send ticket what can i do some1 to open the fcking first door ! Its really unbelievable pls fix that to stay open cuz your server crashing too often!

When i'm pressing /1 it's showing me in the chat type /Help etc insted of letting me in general chat. I asked a lot of people inside the game and they don't know whats going on! Need help
