I thought Elysium = Valkyrie and that they just renamed it for the Nost relaunch. Can I get confirmation on either statement, mine or Tiassra's?

I used to play on Valkyrie maybe a year ago (before the rename and whatnot) but I cannot transfer the characters to my new account elysium account. Is there a way of sorting this out? Would be pretty disappointing to loose the progress yet again.
