Hello, A few weeks ago, I setup the 2 part authentication login for my account. I went ahead and used the Google Authenticatior and scanned in the bar code. Long story short, I use my account between work and home quite a bit, so I have to use the PIN pretty often. I ended up having some issues with my phone, so I wiped my storage, thus, deleting Google Authenticator. At this time, I cannot log into WoW or the Elysium Control Panel, as I don't have a PIN. I also cannot setup a new Google Auth session, as I don't have a barcode from the Elysium Control Panel (which I am locked out of). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I made a mistake in generating my transfer token while at work. Now I am home, and I cannot transfer my character as my IP Address is not the same. Would I be able to get some assistance with this?
