First off I would like to thank you for taking on the Nost code and bringing this beautiful server back to life. However unfortunately I am having major issues with trying to generate a token from my account. I am sure I am not alone when I say something might be flawed in your system. I know my Information is correct. Never have been banned to my knowledge, Never have cheated, and have been a overall positive and active players in the legacy server community. Sadly I continue to generate the same message over and over and over. " the information you provided didn't match any account in our database you must provide a valid......." anyways. Simply put I am wondering if there is anyway further way you can assist those of us that are racking our brains over and over, second guessing our self's even though we are almost 100 percent correct. Stoping the hours and hours of anguish many of us have spent trying to figure out whats going on.
I have spent almost 10 hours trying every combination every email I have ever used ever password I have ever used, every character name I have ever created in wow and others trying to make this work but in all honesty I am just second guessing myself because I clearly remember what my password and account information was.
I just want to bring it to your attention in hopes you find a error somewhere on your part that is stopping/ discouraging many of us from being able to play this once great server again.
Is there anything you can do to help? Thank you for your time.
