So, I am trying to transfer my old account, and the token has "been consumed". I don't know how this would be, I just tried today. I would really appreciate some help transferring my old account with the characters I worked so hard to level.

So, I found out that my account was in fact, stolen. I recovered it, and everything still was under my email, etc. The main thing that is bugging me, is that the account name is different, because I'm assuming someone bought my account. Is there a way I can change my account name back to normal?
