I had this issue too. Seems like there's 2 ways to reset your pw. If you're already logged into the control panel and send the forgot pw email then you're right, it just loops you around and you can't reset. However, if you log out of the control panel and then try to log back in but click the forgot pw instead of logging in you'll actually be able to reset your pw. Hope this helps.

I also can't reset mine. I am receiving the email, but there's just a link that takes me back to the password reset page on this website to send another email... it just goes in circles. Can't actually reset anything

I need help changing my password. Doesn't seem to let me change it through the website. Is there a way to do it through the game? Thanks
