Hey guys, i lost my phone and got the 2FA. Thought the Email was lost with the QR-Code and so i tried to remove the authenticator a few times. Now i found the email, scanned the QR-Code and got the Code, but if i want to login, it says "Call Customer Service" So please tell me what to do. Thank you!

Could not login to this world...ok it doesnt work. What now? Follow the instruction to delete the Authenticator?

Did it, will try it tomorrow. Can't login to the control panel anymore, too. If it doesnt work I hope u can help me soon if I show you the email which activated the authenticator. Kind regards
