I am trying to help my girlfriend recover her Nostalrius account, we've attempted to transfer her old Nostalrius account to her new Elysium account that both use the same exact email but we receive the error "Your Nostalrius token has already been consumed" yet her characters do not show up on the control panel. We've tried doing the "Transfer Stolen Accounts: Recover Process" but all it does is has her change her password, we tried this and it still gives us the "Your Nostalrius token has already been consumed" error. Any possible way this could be an error with the transfer process or has someone stolen her account? She does have the bad habit of using the same passwords across different websites, yet the account name is fairly unique. We have all the information of the old Nostalrius account including account name, password, character name/race/class/level, registered email, can email you from the Nostalrius registered email to prove she is the owner of said account and can supply you with any other information you'd need to figure out this whole situation. If a GM could possibly help us out with this problem that would be amazing, thank you for your time.

Been a few days and I know everyone involved with this project is insanely busy with stabilizing the servers but we have yet to get any form of response here on the forums, help and support in discord, in game through tickets, and through various emails to the support email. I know a lot of people are struggling with this issue and it's hard to weed out people with legitimate problems and the cheaters looking to steal accounts by faking ownership, but any kind of response to this issue with be really appreciated.
