Its much better now. It only took a few seconds to get my character list and I logged in instantly.

I can log on, but i takes about 5mins to retrieve my character list, then another 5mins to load the game after the bar is at 100%. When i log in, sometimes my character is sitting and AFK.

Same thing, it looks like every has this issue

Forum user/pass is different from the server user/pass. Are you sure that you are using the correct user and pass? How do you know?
