Hey there - First of all, a mob of trolls appeared in front of the pyramid before we had gotten anywhere near it, after clearing through we eventually made it to the top - after the mob spawns at the bottom and waves begin, we notice no boss is spawned. -we kill all the mobs, and then they respawn, and then they respawn, eventually boss is spawned -seargent bly dies and cannot obtain quest item from him -then Nekrum has no loot on him, making his quest unfinishable for anyone in the group all in all, the entire pyramid event was glitched as hell.

I also have ticket in the "contact an admin" however I've ever posted solo in the Help section. Im hoping for a GM response to this, as ive seen alot of posts with people that have this same problem ! although glad its not only me, I just hope there is a solution that involves getting the characters back! even just some time frame would be appreciated.

I have the same problem. After transfering the token I am left with no characters on the account! please fix!

I have recently made a new Elysium account, got my token for my nostalrius account, and then after I registered the token, I was greeted with " you have no characters!" there is no option to try again or anything, and as far as I know, it is 100% the correct email/login. Elysium account made, token transfered, but it doesnt seem like any characters were put on the account, and when I tried with another account it tells me that that token has already been used. Please help! I'm dying to play and get my character back! It seems like this is potentially a bug as others have posted about this!
