im also having this problem, i retrieved my charrs before launch and everything was fine, launch comes and suddenly im banned, after a day i got the account back with a lvl 20 dwarf warrior that i never made?!?!?! 2 mins later after a relogg i got banned again, this morning my account was up again, or so i thought, i can access it through the control panel but still cant log into the game cause it says the account is still closed, and i get the same message as you do when i logg into the control panel "Your transfer was successful! However, it seems the account you just transferred has no characters on it!" Aint giving up just yet tho!
