can only see general chat in my chat log, i cant see whispers, party, or /say in my chat log, though the bubbles will appear, just nothing is logged. took off my addons and reloaded, nothing changed. anyone know a solution?

witch hunt is a little off base for wanting an answer or my account's suspension lifted. "everything i want" is to continue to play the game, like the other 16000 people online are doing. i'm not the only one that was banned for no reason, you can read enough of it on the forums and reddit to see that people were unjustifiably banned, and it was most likely a mistake, maybe due to the broken cheat detection system. no need to be pretentious at all.

i made my account when nostalrius opened up on the 17 of december and played up until january 5th, where i did rfk then logged out about 10 p.m., the next day (the 6th) i tried to log on after work and my account has been suspended. just in time for that new server to come up and all these "3000 people to be banned". really makes me nervous because i didnt break any rules (read the ToA about 3 times over) that would warrant me being banned. apparently there are like 800 people that have been banned too. i guess that isn't even a "fraction of the community". dude's mentality is like, "oh who cares? the server is free make a new account". nothing like wasting time, eh?

yeah, there's apparently a lot of people that were banned randomly for no reason. and then we have guys like this other dude in the thread that just say, "you bought gold." or "maybe you shouldnt hack", "if you were banned then you deserved it." i just play the game, i enjoy playing the game, and wish to keep playing the game. sadly, in light of this new server, i cant even play on the old server.

i never said the hackers would send an e-mail, are you daft? i was implying that i never received an e-mail from the moderators outlining why and when i was banned. also, what a nice sense of community. "you are still not even a fraction of a percent of the active accounts on the server", you're so right. what's 1 person? what's 10 people? 50? 1000 even? doesn't matter, more will come. what a cancerous mentality. the pretentiousness in your reply is palpable, but i did expect nothing less. i would've rather had a GM tell me to stfu and wait a little longer than some nobody.

been banned for about 3 days, no reason was stated, i guess it's not a unique case as there's plenty of people saying the same thing in the forums and on reddit. i made a couple posts in ban appeals, but does anyone even monitor them? i feel like a lot of people were banned in time for the new server to clear traffic or something, am i gonna have to take like a 3 week hiatus before this is resolved? i looked at the rules and i've literally done nothing to warrant a suspension, (inb4 every cheater says theyre innocent). i played fine on the night of the 5th, logged in on the 6th and im banned, no e-mail or anything, nor an in-game warning or prior message. i feel like by the time this is lifted and i get to play again, all the friends i was leveling with will be in their 40s while im still level 28, awesome.

it is the 8th of january currently, last time i played was the 5th around 11 p.m. Try to log on on the 6th around 8 p.m. and i come to see that i'm banned, with no e-mail, no in-game warnings or anything at all. posted in ban appeal section, they told me my formatting was wrong. posted in general discussion, they told me to post in ban appeal. messaged gm, told me to post in ban appeal. post in ban appeal with "correct formatting", and i get nothing in the past 10 hours. i assume i was banned the night of the 5th or sometime during the 6th. this would make it 24+ i've been banned, and have received no help or assistance on this. never cheated, hacked, or bought gold. this is ridiculous...

everyone is talking about long queue times, being stuck on authenticating, being disconnected etc. meanwhile, my account is "temporarily suspended" for no reason (i say this as i never got an e-mail, in-game warning, anything etc.) and i can't get an answer on why or get it fixed. ban appeal section is like a ghost town.

tried to login and it says my account is temporarily suspended, last thing i did was run razorfen kraul then logout in thunder bluff. any mods can assist?
