    Recent Issues & Future Plans

Are there any Patch Notes for the March 25 (1.3)? Is it just the two world bosses and thats it or some minor itemization or BoP BoE changes?
  2. Lets face it, the "movement" is dead. Even if blizz did release legacy servers, they would miss the point and implement group finder or a bunch of other bullshit features that would ruin the vibe. IMO, creating our own community is more important than whatever this lame move is by Nostalrius. I'm not buying its sincerity, something is out of whack.

    New Server - Horrible Idea

For whatever reason people think it's normal to have 10k+ people on a single server but it's not. It's overkill by a large margin. Even if both servers went down to 3-5k population months from now that would still be a healthy pop. What did high pop blizz servers used to have back in vanilla? Probably not even that much. This idea that a private server needs a lag inducing 10k+ is ridiculous. Populations are going to be fine, trust me.

    does it ever get better?

People are upset about queue's, starting zones, and lag but these are good issues to have in the long run. You guys get it right? This is hope staring you in the mug. To have healthy pop on 3 servers months from now is what ultimately matters. Hang in there, nerds.
  5. See, this is mean, but it brings up the same point I did. People who have chars on Nost servers gotta ask themselves if they really think they can progress through "moltenbore" again and wait for future content.
  6. I hope this doesnt annoy people I'm just genuinely curious what the community thinks they are going to do once the hype has worn down. It's worth thinking about. I'm hoping the scenarios I laid out are wrong and Fresh PvP is gunna kick попа and have a healthy pop months from now. But I'm also curious is there's a lot of Nost players who are just gunna stick to the older servers.
  7. I know there's a lot of hype for Nost returning but large queue's and overcrowded starting areas is a relatively short lived issue. What worries me most is the delay on the fresh pvp might end up leaving it with the lowest pop months down the road. To explain, A majority of the people rolling on it will be players who have char(s) on old Nost. When they hit 60 on fresh and realize they have to wait for progression that they are primed and ready for on Nost pvp I foresee them returning to their old chars. I'm new to Nost and don't have a char other than the one I've been toying with on PvE while I wait for fresh pvp to come. I'm also concerned many newcomers are on the hype train like I am and will either burn out and lose interest a month from now or lvl chars on old Nost and just stick to them much like old Nost players will. It begs the question, is this delayed fresh pvp server going to be able to compete with old Nost? Should us newcomers just commit to the old Nost pvp server? Please vote what you think you might end up doing long-term.
  8. There's no doubt OP forgot to take his meds today. However, I'm surprised the fresh pvp server is a month away (seems to be the consensus). There's so many newcomers that want to be a part of something new. I've played vanilla before, back when I was 15 years old. I want to replay it so bad and progress and raid and pvp in a way I never was able to back in 2004-2005. But here I am half committed messing around on Nost PvE because I want the fresh pvp server. The hype is real right now. The hype a month from now isn't going to be quite the same. Most of those new accounts created are probably feeling much like I am now. I got suckered in to having a bite of chocolate and now the candy bar is just out of reach for a month. TLDR: Not diggin the delay on fresh pvp.
