    Lost Item - how to contact GM

    Hello, I lost a pair of items with a Server Reset, my hunter leaf bow and stave, they just disappeared while equiped on log in... I contacted Admin and they said submit a ingame ticket, however when i try and submit one, it just states that it cannot go though cause GM's cannot handle bugs. I am using the item lost feature. Is the in game Ticket working?
