Greetings, I am the officer of the Guild of the Gilded Rose, Alliance, Anathema. I am asking for an assistance for one of my guild member's account issue. His account is redacted and the character in the game is Rogue and its name is redacted. Today, he found that his account got banned when he was trying to log on, but he applied one week off last week because of his work, so that, he almost didn't play the game last 7 days.
