I have done everything step by step copied and pasted the token i got through mail and i dont have my old characters can someone help me with this please

I am having trouble transferring my characters over I did everything step by step pasted the token in where it was suppose to and when i logged into the game i had no characters I even went to my control panel and still no characters all it say that i dont have any characters can anyone help me with this please

can someone please help me i have been trying to figure how to paste the token i was sent so i can transfer my nostralrius characters over to new server i go to my control panel but it doesnt give me the option to paste it all it says is I dont have characters yet please help me
