I have this exact same problem, so you had to abandon the 2FA, did you take it back up afterwards? EDIT: To CONFIRM i also had to remove the authenticator tool to solve it.

It worries me that 7127 people have applied for Ban Appeals, that's one heck of a lot of cheaters, and apparently im one of them. Like i posted on another thread thats almost 50% of the 'current' playing community. Which would equate to 1/3 people that have been banned. You could argue that not all 7127 are 1st time appeals or that say 1000 have actually cheated, but i dont believe 1/3 people cheat knowing they could get banned. Would be nice to know how many have been 'un-banned'

HOW can you strip someone of a great deal of effort leveling, enjoying a community, making friends, helping others and give NO reason for it? I log out one day, try to log in the next and im banned. This system is TERRIBLE, ive never felt so ANGRY about a warcraft account before. This is giving Elysium a bad name and i will be playing elsewhere if this is not solved, through fear that this will happen again. Some of us dont have the luxury of playing 12 hours a day 7 days a week, and have lost a great deal of time and dedication. I've never cheated on a warcraft server in my life and feel devastated by this result. I had high hopes for Elysium after Nostalrius, it look like im wrong. Such a goon, i think you will find 7000 posts have been made about account bans. Thats more like 50% of the current population online now (14,000), just in case your also as retarded at maths as you are at life. Which could potentially mean 1/3 of players cant play due to random bans/hacks.

Yea i totally recommend doing it, i've been wrongly banned, and wish this was available from the start. I must have been hacked and wrongly impersonated or something.

This really is terrible... how can so many people be getting banned? for unknown reasons, a ban should require a reason for it.... Now dedicated many hours to a character i cant play or get back, due to unknown reasons. BRING BACK NOSTALRIUS TEAM.
