Kyrieval

I've had some issues before with this, but generally I have fallen through the world and ended up in a gy. I took the boat to Ratchet from BB, and all I see is blue sky. I cannot log out. Force quitting does not resolve this. I cannot hearth or anything because it thinks I'm moving. Please help!
