The quest "The Missing Diplomat" where you have to speak with and then kill Dashel Stonefist and his two thugs won't complete. I finished this quest, killed the NPC's and Dashel should allow me to "complete" However the ? above his head is greyed out and it won't let me complete it. And apologies, I saw a bug report for a later portion of this quest chain but did not see one on Dashel Stonefist Thank you
