    Can't register guild charter

    Hi, I recently purchased a guild charter and I have all 9 signatures on the charter. Every time I go to register the guild charter nothing happens. I've tried relogging and going to different guild masters. I've double checked the guild charter multiple times and all signatures are there but still nothing happens when I hit "Register a Guild Charter".
