i was not seeing those in the Config.wtf, so i added them, and that allowed me to use the scroll wheel to make the Accept button colored to click it, but the cursor still would not move.

i'm having trouble with when i first load the game to accept the terms and conditions my mouse cursor is stuck and wont move, ive tried to delete the game and retorrent it but no luck,plase help.

Trying to accept the terms and conditions but my mouse wont move, but if i go back to the desktop, it works fine. Dont know what would cause this please help, really want to try the vanilla experience
