i just got feared twice while under the effect of death wish, please fix

It was on elysium pvp, im in the 30 bracket so i know it wasnt a death coil effect. I was feared twice in hillsbrad world pvp with death wish popped

see title, got feared twice while under the effects of 30 second deathwish. it was not a death coil i was fighting a mid 30s lock

hello the paladin ability reckoning seems to be not working as it did in the original Nost PVP server, not sure what the change is but i can no longer get stacks form certain enemies

Reckoning is bugged on this server, it no longer allows me to stack and hold the 5 charges forever in AV, from testing on lvl 50 mobs it used to last forever, even after BG i could go outside and duel someone and still have reck. Need more testing done to figure out whats going on, where can i submit this bug?
