Add me to the list of people with missing characters. Tried to make another account and generated a new token for it, but you can use a token only once.

Same problem here... Filled the transfer form about a week ago only to get "you dont have any characters, yet" message on the controll panel. Last night the transfer arrived empty handed... Now the token is used with no character in sight.
