Ban appeals =/= hacked accounts.. There is simply no correlation between the two. I agree it's a problem that needs and is being addressed, if one follow the Elysium news. Why would a 10th - or even all - be concerning given the fact that 2 other major players in the private realm "bsns" leaked" and/or sold their player database,? Despite what you may think, people suck at creating passwords, making it easy to brute force if you have either one (acc or pw) . And tend to use the same over and over again. The concern I have with this is that apparently there is a market for the goldsellers...and THAT needs much more attention IMO.

You can't buy your own accounts auctions, so this require 2 accounts, which you are allowed to have, as long as you don't log them in at the same time (unless in a major city) So in short: You should have no problems doing this. afaik

Not all.. just the WDB, it will get rewritten next time you close your game. Also make sure that both WDB and WTF are not write protected. Rightclick - properties- make sure "enable write protection" is unchecked.

Did you delete your WDB folder after the new core was implemented yesterday? If not, do so and see if that helps your problem.

Where did you pull that number? Your ass?

Navigate to you wow installation folder and simply delete the folder there called WDB Right click -->delete. restart the game, don't be alarmed that you have to redo your setting.. that's how it is, deal with it ;)

If there is a way to see it, i sure haven't been able to find it. I suggest you go through all your email accounts spamfolders and look for either a registration email, or the verification email for 2FA. Kinda weird that we are not able to see or change our Email in the control panel, now you mention it. Change your password ingame with .account oldpass newpass newpass I suggest a stronk password 12 chars combined letters and numbers on each logout untill you get the 2FA set up properly. And after that a 12 char combined letter and numbers bi weekly change or at least once a month.

Sorry for your loss. You need to petition a GM ingame for reimbursement of unique quest gear. Help->stuck->still not working page a GM Brace yourself with patience. And provide as much information you can regarding time it was obtained, exactly what items, links to pictures and websites etc. Best of luck
