Yeah i can understand that, it's possible this is due to the new core they put up. But surely it will be fixed pretty fast if it is indeed a bug. I just checked Atlas loot and did a Query server, it shows the arcanist crown on Darrowshire having 27 int. (that is what is in the database on the core) If you don't have atlas loot, you should get it :D Also make sure it's just not a problem from some other server you played, that got saved in you WDB folder. I know it sound bloody rude, but have you tried equipping it and se if your int. goes up/down when you unequip?

Your corpse should not disappear while you are dead, as it is the marker for the location you died, as well as fixpoint for the radius you can ress (unless it was in a dungeon) Anyway, you are going to be stuck for a looooong time if you rely on the webpage to page a GM, follow the instructions provided above to contact a GM.

Try and get a lock to summon him. He is probably in the "underworld" somewhere, but a summon should fix it w/o having to wait for a GM

1100 accounts banned, more than 700k illegal gold removed from the game... In 2 weeks. Some of the most advanced guarddogs ever developed by ANYONE, even blizzard. Yeah you are pretty much talking straight out of your uninformed and willfully ignorant ass, saying they are doing nothing. You are CERTAIN? That implies you have some sort of evidence? I suggest you share that with the community then? If not, you are just a self entitled crybaby who is because your asdf1234 password got guessed. Coming with accusations like that, without evidence makes you look like one of the whiney kids we all left back on retail.

If you make a ticket and make them aware that you got hacked they probably will use that information yes. I assumed you did that alrdy. They most certainly logged the ip of the imposter on your account on their guard dog. And you don't even know if the thief is alrdy banned and his buyer too. And you have no right to that information either. Again let's take the devs away from devoloping patches and scripting raids fixing bugs, and lets have them build your suggested automated system. Bottom line is, it is your fault you got hacked, they DO reimburse unique items that are NEEDED for you to progress the game. Anything outside of that is a waste of the rest of the players time to be honest.

Sure.. they will get one of their 100's of employees right on it.. wait this ain't Blizzard, and this ain't retail. There are 64 volunteers some of which aren't even gm's but working on development etc. Covering the largest private server with thousands of tickets every day. One of them should get right on your case and give you everything back because ... reasons i guess?

Elysium is sending out an industrial amount of emails, or so they say, so maybe they have hit their mail providers cap? there is a "resend verification email" link on account creation site. I've always had to hit that a couple of times b4 getting an email. Another member here posted that he too never got an email, but could log in to the game anyway. So have you tried that?

(be polite, remember they are volunteers working their spare time to help you) Alternatively ask in your guild/friends for a summon. (might be the fastest way) Best of luck -
Hi there and sorry for your loss. First change your password on the elysium main page here Log in to your control panel and change password. While you are at it, implement the 2 factor authenticator offered on the control panel to ensure account safety in the future. Once you got that nailed down, create an ingame ticket Help(red?)--->issues that GM can assist with-->stuck-->still not working page a GM Tell them that you where hacked but have regained control of your account and request to be unmuted. (usually doesn't take long) Sadly Elysium does not restore lost or sold items, and account security is your own responsibility. Nothing to do but crack on and farm hard :) Best of luck

2 factor authentication (2FA) Go to Elysium main page Log in to control panel and follow the steps for implementing this for your account. (if you ever had authenticator for wow? this works the same way) I recommend chosing the "always use 2FA" and not the "ip lock" How it works: When trying to log in you are promted to provide an additional 6 digit code on top of your normal password. This code changes on every attempt to login, and is only provided on your linked mobile device/app supporting device (win 8-10) upon request. -
1.Check your addon folder: //worldofwarcraft/interface/addons 2.Make sure that the addon that is not showing up, is in fact in that folder. 3. Make sure that the addon is unpacked and not a .rar / .Zip file (if so unpack to //worldofwarcraft/interface/addons) 4. Make sure that the addon folder is not just a folder holding several subfolders with the actual addons (this happens with Atlas packs alot) If so cut/paste the actual folder containing the addon to //worldofwarcraft/interface/addons.
