I dont even know why do you care about reddit or other communities. Just run the servers and let people play, otherwise you will always be flamed by trolls.

The quest is already ingame as some people is doing it, its a bug and I also have it.

Definitely NO, it is perfectly working on some vanilla servers. In Rebirth for instance works flawlessly. Using wine is not a solution, id rather play in other place if they dont look at it. In fact, in Nost althought still had issues and some disconnections, worked way better.

+1 All mac users having the same problems, which are quite disabling in playing terms. Most of the travels end with your char lost in the limbo without the possibility to unstuck, use HS, etc....so in all, the inability to make continent switch.

Did you manage to use boats?

I installed the available client here and it "works" in 10.11 Still it ваууs up your char when taking a boat/zep leaving it in a void where you need a GM to move you out....so yes, you can play if you dont plan moving to another continent

You cant, is not working in this situation. You need to open a ticket and a GM will move you. But this means that unless we use a mage portal, Mac users are not able to travel between continents as boats bug completely our chars. Imho its unplayable.

Welcome to the one-continent-wow! Are you mac user? it happens in mac. You will have to wait until they unstuck you, but it seems the problem is not fixed yet.

It seems you are having serious issues with characters stucking. I am using mac client. I took the boat from ratchet to booty bay and never arrived. The client crashed and when I logged back my pj is in the void, everything is blue around me. Cant move, cant HS, cant use anything, cant speak, cant logout... The name of the char is Serrallonga in PVE server. Old Nost also had issues with Mac clients and boats, but I am sure it can be solved as they work quite well in other vanilla servers out there like Rebirth. Please fix this.
