This also happened to me. and i havent been able to log in since the launch. But before the launch it was fine and i could see my character on the control panel page on the website. This should be adressed by the elysium team if they dont already have.

hey i havent switched password since before launch. it says invalid credentials and i cant seem to get the email im supposed to for changing password. and btw i have gmail on my account. anything i can get help with?
