To whom it may concern,
During my time on Nostalrius PvE server i raided with a rather well-known guild ( ill leave names out of this ).
During the timeframe of 23:00 yesterday and 17:30 Today ( CET - UTC +1hour ) my account was wiped for everything except my beloved Benediction.
I have tried to reset my password to minimize the chances of being hacked ( well i guess that did not turn out well now did it? ).
Elysium clearly states that they do not restore items to accounts wich are insecure or have been hacked.
The thing is, when trying to change the password, Elysiums website did not want to send me an email with my details in order to actually change the password and eleminate any threats, since it's more or less offline 90% of the time.
I have spoken to a Senior GM ingame about this issue and got no further than composing this post on the forums.
If this shows to be the Elysium servers fault for not letting me change the password then what?
