You will burn yourself out, due to the frustration when you arent leveling as fast as you expected. The zones will be so full you will be waiting hours for a single quest mob, multible times. Cant imagine there being no lag issues. All that for endless months of Molten Core, because people are deluded in thinking they are the best and think they will somehow be on of the best on the server because its fresh. News flash, some people dont need to take a week of work and will outgear you and prob out level you within a heartbeat. Honestly, just lvl on Nost PvE or PvP and enjoy having a lot more content

Honestly I think that if you have the time to no life on the launch of the new server you can also no life on the older ones and catch up, since there isnt always new content being released everyday so you have time to catch up until AQ comes out.

Eventhough I was expecting to have to grind mobs and the end of a zone I really wasnt expecting that I fall behind so much while doing quests. I have also noticed this but I am sorry, I am to azy to do any testing. But it has felt strange that I always fall behind on my quests and guide.

Yeah, like a huge dick move in that case, unless they where really selling gold. If someone has that much play time into his character on this server, I think they atleast deserve the benefit of the doubt.

It sounds like a better Idea than banning phrases. Phrases will help for short term but as you say, in the long run it will not be a proper solution. It really pisses me off that these Goldsellers exist. Waisting so much time, so god damn annoying. I think your method sounds pretty good. Also your solution for the case of it being abbused. In the long run it sounds better and having someone to review these mute cases can be the same person that is just banning spammers right now. So it sounds like the better idea imo

I think in this situation one must consider how much game time was lost. If its a account with like a day in play time, I don't think you shouldnt be allowed to ask for an unban, for the case that your account was hacked. When this happens on Blizzard Servers, you can also get unbanned. It simply isnt fair otherwise.

Nothing should be changed from the original state of the game WTF!!!!! Farming is part of the game and why punish people that out in time and effort. And if it happens to be Goldfarmers as well, then that isnt something players should be punished for. Find a different solution and keep the game in its original state..........christ

It is indeed extremely annoying. I wouldnt know how to fix it though without harming legitimate players

Does this effect the Nostalrius Servers?

Hmm well tbh I dont get either side. I mean when I started on Nost I quit the PvP Server early cause they kept on killing the quest npcs. So I just went to PvE. Problem solved. And for my Raiding interests, I mean I dont want to start on a Server either where everyone is super far ahead. But main important thing for me with a Wow server is that its populated and I dont feel alone questing. Enough people for various Guilds and I think then it is fun. If people want a fresh server, why not? As long as the other Servers dont shut down because of it.

Wouldnt not changing anything make it feel like vanilla? Like not switching talents from different patches ^^

How does it stop others from continuing on their old server with their characters? The old server isnt being deleted is it?

People always losing their mind so fast. I just switched to PvE server and waited a few days and now I have fun playing. Every zone so far has many players and it feels nice having populated questing zones. Given the starting zone was hell, but in some way a fun hell haha Everyone complaining in General chat about not finding Gloom weed and such
