Considering there seems to be a large amount of players whom can't connect at this moment, I will assume the login servers are being overloaded. Either by players or DDOS. -
I don't know if this will fix it, but try it anyway. Delete the WDB folder, and try again

If you have played on a previous vanilla server, try to delete your WDB folder.

They are currently still trying to optimize for best capacity and best experience, there will be lag until they can find the best configuration. There will be a new server in January, which will even the load out on three servers instead of two. Just sit on tight, and soon we'll be playing without lag.

Yes, change the email in the control panel and request a new verification.

If you are using a Hotmail or Outlook email, you won't receive one. Please use gmail, or some other service. Microsoft has blacklisted Elysium from sending emails, due to the high amount of emails being sent the first days.

Hi! If you have played on other Vanilla server you might want to clear some data from the folders. Delete the WDB folder, and try again

Hi Don't worry, it's just a text file. Open the file in a text editor, right click and "open with" and then notepad.

Hello. Log into the control panel, and change your email to gmail or something else than microsoft. Edit: If I understood you right, you remember your username and password. And the character has been imported considering it's in the guild list, so it should be there. -
