    I believe this happens when you don't run the client as administrator. Let's say your client is installed under C:\Program Files(x86)\World of Warcraft one place to try looking would be C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files(x86)\World of Warcraft\Screenshots Note: You have to enable hidden folders for the AppData directory to show up.
