I have the exact same issue, my friend told me it was something to do with my name being "gÓat". All my characters where there when i first transfered it but they have disappeared now and it says "Your transfer was successful! However, it seems the account you just transferred has no characters on it!".

Anyone help?

I transfered my nos account over a week ago when it first gave us the option and i could see all my characters in the control pannel. I have just got back from holiday and attempted to log in for the first time. The que freezes and wont change position in que also i no longer have any characters in my control pannel. My characters name was "gÓat".
