Seems like it was a server bug after all: I've tried smelting copper on another day and it gave me a level for every 2-3 attempts.

Hey guys! I’m currently trying to level mining, but got stuck on level 51. It’s green now and won’t go any higher. I’ve mined about 5 veins and smelted like 15 copper ore, but it just stays on 51. Could this be a bug? I’ve searched the bug tracker, but wasn’t able to find anything related though…
