Responding cause I am having the same issue. I've deleted all addons, deleted all saved data for my account (wtf folder and wdb folder) and still having the exact same issue. Disconnect right after character loads into the world, happens to all characters on all servers. I get to play slightly longer only if I am in a queue before I can play.
