Ever since Wednesday KTM will give me negative threat and when I try to gain threat it just ends up going to 0 or quickly goes to 0. Example if i had 2k threat it would go -400 -400 -400 etc

I placed blade on the ground during Onyxia fight on the 3rd phase and the blade did not go on the ground. Kill onyxia and look forever for this item but was nowhere.

Quest: Scarlet Subterfuge is currently broken as when you walk inside the keep there is no NPC to start the next part of the questline. Stood there for 30+ and NPC will not spawn
