It costs them money to send out DDOS attacks like that. It's not like they can go on forever. And I believe it was more like 5 weeks or so that Kronos got ddos'ed. It's better to have 5 weeks of DDOS and then no more chinese problem on the server than to just let it be and have innocent players constantly have to suffer.

Let's ban legitimate players instead of banning VPN's. Makes sense.
