They're 6 and still staying at the starting area. I don't even think they're getting XP at this point. They're just stealing a lot of possible kills for lvl 1s. This isn't an issue really on the current servers, but if this type of stuff happens at fresh startup it could really have a negative impact with 6+ bots working together to steal all the kills.
